Moreover, users can call fellow employees on their extension, transfer callers to fellow employees, check business voicemail messages, view contacts, call logs, and history, send & receive fax messages, use 3-way conference calling, and manage their phone system’s features. The UniTel Voice app is free to UniTel Voice customers and is included with all business phone system plans.

The UniTel Voice mobile app is designed to sync with users' personal employee extension, and they must use their employee extension’s login credentials to sign in to this app. The app runs off users' local wifi to make and receive calls, so for the best experience, it is recommended to use a strong wifi connection. Moreover, if a user has a weak wifi connection or a poor data signal, it can affect their call quality.
